Bluetooth Story

During this weeks lesson, the group learnt how to use Pocket Word. The software offers 3 different ways of inputting text. A built in keyboard, on screen keyboard and transcriber. Most of the lesson involved the group writing about themselves to see which technique they prefer.

To finish off the lesson we wrote a 'Bluetooth Story'. Each member of the group was given the beginning of a sentence. They then completed the sentence and sent it via bluetooth the the laptop. All the sentences were then put together to form the story.

Here is the groups story...

We went to Swansea and Trafalgar Square
We traveled by bus
We wore coats
We saw the Walker Brothers.
They smelt like roses
They said do you need help
We said l don’t want to speak to you
We drank gin and orange.
We ate ... ice cream and fish and chips and we all felt quesy all the way home.
